1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Net Social Reviews ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our browser extension.

• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the extension in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the extension.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.

6. User Generated Content

The extension may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the extension, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").

Any Contribution you post to the extension will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting any Contribution to the extension, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Contributions, and grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

7. Subscription Services

The extension offers subscription services that require payment. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you choose.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on the extension or sent to your email address.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting us. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term, and your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the extension, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the extension are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
